I like to call myself a public policy analyst by training. I hold liberal views as I write on political, social and economic issues. My primary research interests include public policy, governance and political reform.
I have been working at the University of Melbourne since 2007 in various capacities as Research Fellow, doctoral fellow and Tutor. I served as the President of the Political Science Postgraduate Students’ Association at the University of Melbourne. I have worked at the Centre for Policy Dialogue, Dhaka and Australian Parliament House, Canberra. My honours include the Asian Emerging Leaders by the Asia Foundation; and the Australian Leadership Award by the Commonwealth of Australia.
